From Japanese language,"Rei" means 'Universal', and "Ki" means 'Life Force'. Becoming more widely known each day, Reiki is a system formulated as a hands-on healing mode, empowered by symbols which are used by the Healer and sometimes in the mind's-eye of the Recipient, to bring forth the health and wholeness being asked for by both. This form of practice offers many levels of focus and healing to the Client, including physical, mental , emotional and spiritual layers. A session of Reiki may last for half an hour up to one hour, and the client usually lays down on a massage table while receiving an attunement

Sound Healing, as Travis practices it, utilizes Tibetan Bowls, Bells, Shamanic Rattles and the Didjeridu in a wind-swept flow of the warmth of vibrational harmonics, courting and embodying the Spirits of the Elements and the Universal Life Force, with an earnest desire for individual and planetary healing, and in offering the beauty of Music, in the Celtic Tradition referred to as the 'Great Song', or 'Oran Mor', to lovingly feed the Divine through ritual and practices that invite Wholeness. The sound frequencies of Didjeridu and other instruments listed above have been shown to be very close to , if not an exact match with brain frequencies measured in people practicing Meditation, Yoga, Prayer and other forms of Focused Attention.
